With his background as a millwright and Honors Graduate from the BCIT Entrepreneurship Business Program, he understands the challenges faced in the field and also the careful balance at the design and order stage between great service, quality and price.

With 25 years of experience in the Fastener Industry and 15 years at Pacific Bolt he has an amazing knowledge of the manufacturing process. Carey’s technical knowledge and experience allows him to solve some of the more difficult applications and has provided solutions that work for all our customers in a cost effective way.

Marc is Pacific Bolt’s shipper extraordinaire. With 15 years experience Marc and his team know the quickest and most cost effective way to move product around. From checking on customer orders, managing suppliers deliveries, getting the orders out, these are the guys behind the scenes.

With an illustrious 18-year legacy at Pacific Bolt, Carrie Flatt has played a pivotal role as our esteemed Controller.
